Endurance, quickness, power, flexibility, and agility are all needed in the dynamic sport we love to play. Those who are prepared will reep the benefits, while those who aren’t may not only injure themselves but will hinder their team as well.

The bar has been set by past players in this program and now we must not only clear it but continue to raise it. What are you going to do to make that happen? This program had a very humble beginning but was founded with passion and ambition. Now with only a few years under its belt and several victories our program has a target on its back. Each member of the program must realize the responsibility they have and strive to fulfill it on and off the field. As a team, we need to be ready for whatever challenges come our way and there is no better day to start than today.

Tryouts and preseason workouts are great opportunities to prepare for the season, but if fitness levels are not upheld and improved upon during the offseason then we are already behind. Each player needs to come to practice prepared and the below items will help you do that.
